Quick question???? I went on star curves website and it seems fake. Did you have to copy and paste a form and then email it with your account info???? If so how long did it take for your product to arrive??
Omg .... ur butt is big already why do u want it bigger?.. u have the curves that all woman want :-) if I was u I would do nothing but work out... im kinda sad cause im on my second bottle n I see nothing yet :-( I don't kniw what else to do..
One thing that I know is if you take them and then you stop for a long time and start again or jist stop in general ot seems like it continues to grow its kinda shitty for me too I wish I could see more results but its just a lil at a time I guess.. make sure to do squats and lunges when you have nothin else to do in you free time or when you just can go anymore :)
I do agree your butt is already big you have a nice shape. I wanted to know if you could share what exercises you do to get your stomach so flat or has it always been that way ?
Its pretty much always been like this but I do PT everyday being in the Army. I like the lunges the supine bycicle the bent leg raise & ill say the leg tuck n twist.. we also do v-ups and the regular situps.. running is great to get that leean muscle if you want im only 5 ft so im a lil bulkier than I want but make sure to always stretch before and after what ever you do qhen you exercise your abs strech you stomach by doin the extended abdominal flex :)
