So far no sife effects.. it already feels more jiggly in the desired places. Im very happy with my results so far in week2 I only take 3 a day. Not always with food though :) uhm I dr I nk alcohol with them and I cant say that's effecting anything neither us smoking or what I eat. :)
Star Curves

WEEK ONE
.Nothing looks any different. I definitely recommend taking it with food in the morning it made me sick slightly which was always quickly cured with a bowl of cereal. :)
